Last updated: October 13, 2026

1. Who we are

Conversion Path ("Conversion Path," "Calib Data," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Calib Data website calibdata.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through the Site, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have.

For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the UK GDPR, Conversion Path is the controller of your personal data. You can reach us at:

  • Email (preferred): sales@conversionpath.com
  • Postal address: Conversion Path, 1650 Abbotsford Green Dr, Powell, OH 43065, USA

This policy applies to information collected through the Site and through forms on it. It does not cover third-party websites or services we link to.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what you give us through our forms, plus the limited technical data any website receives when your browser loads a page. The Site does not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising trackers.

3. How we use your information and our legal bases

We use personal information only for the purposes below. If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, we rely on the legal basis shown for each purpose.

Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal. We do not use your information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

4. Cookies and Do Not Track

No cookies. The Site does not use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or similar tracking technologies. If that changes, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before using any non-essential cookies.

Fonts. The Site loads its typeface from Google Fonts, a service provided by Google LLC. When your browser downloads the font files, Google receives your IP address, browser information, and the address of the page that requested them. Google Fonts does not set or read cookies. Learn more in the Google Fonts FAQ and Google's Privacy Policy.

Do Not Track (CalOPPA disclosure). Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Because the Site does not track visitors over time or across websites, there is no tracking for a DNT signal to switch off, and the Site works the same either way. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information where required by law.

Third-party tracking (CalOPPA disclosure). We do not allow third parties to collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you use the Site.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. In the past 12 months, we have not sold or shared personal information, including that of consumers under 16.

We disclose personal information only to:

  • Service providers and processors that help us run the Site and our business, such as Netlify (website hosting), Web3Forms (form processing), and Intuit QuickBooks (invoicing and accounting). They may use the data only to provide services to us, under written contracts.
  • Google, which receives technical data when your browser loads the Site's fonts from Google Fonts (see Section 4).
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants, and auditors, under duties of confidentiality.
  • Authorities and others when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when needed to protect the rights, safety, or property of Conversion Path, our users, or the public.
  • A successor business in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our assets, subject to this policy.
  • Anyone else with your consent or at your direction.

Forms on the Site. When you submit a form, what you enter (your name, email address, job title, and organization) is sent to Web3Forms, a service operated by Web3Creative that acts as our processor and forwards each submission to our email inbox. Web3Forms stores submissions encrypted on Amazon Web Services for up to three years, and to block spam it may send your IP address and email address to its spam-filtering providers, CleanTalk and Akismet. Learn more in the Web3Forms Privacy Policy.

6. International data transfers

Conversion Path is based in the United States, and our service providers (including Netlify, Web3Forms, and Google) may process data in the United States, India, and other countries. These countries may not have the same data protection laws as your own.

When we transfer personal data from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on appropriate safeguards. These include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum where relevant), or a recipient's certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting us.

7. Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or permits a longer period.

Data Retention period
Inquiry and contact form submissions (non-customers)24 months after our last interaction
Copies of form submissions held by Web3FormsUp to 3 years from submission, then deleted automatically
Customer contact detailsFor the duration of our relationship, plus 7 years for legal, tax, and accounting needs
Marketing email listUntil you unsubscribe; we keep a suppression record so we do not email you again
Technical data (Section 4)We do not keep it. Netlify and Google keep their own request logs under their own retention policies

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, such as encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and vendor security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a data breach affects your rights, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

8. Your privacy rights

You can make any of the requests below by emailing sales@conversionpath.com or writing to us at the postal address in Section 1. We will respond within the time required by law: one month under GDPR (extendable by two months for complex requests) and 45 days under US state laws (extendable by 45 days).

California residents (CCPA/CPRA and CalOPPA)

Subject to applicable thresholds and exceptions, California residents have the right to:

  • Delete personal information we collected from you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
  • Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect sensitive personal information through the Site.

Under CalOPPA, you may review and request changes to the personal information you submitted through the Site by contacting us as shown in Section 1. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, California residents may ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not.

Residents of other US states

Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws (including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and others) may have rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of their personal information, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling. If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing sales@conversionpath.com with the subject line "Privacy Request Appeal." If the appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Verifying requests and authorized agents

To protect your information, we will verify your identity before acting on a request, usually by matching information you provide with what we hold. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of your written authorization and ask you to verify your identity directly.

9. Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email or by contacting us. We will still send transactional or service messages where needed. We send text messages or make marketing calls to your phone number only with your prior express consent, and you can opt out at any time (for texts, reply STOP).

10. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 (or under 13 for purposes of the US Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Links to other websites

The Site may link to websites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top and post the revised policy on this page. If changes are material, we will give more prominent notice, such as a banner on the Site or an email to people on our mailing list.
